Praveena Anand
Praveena is a knowledge sharer by passion.
She has over 100,000 person hours of hands on training delivery experiences. She has trained people on subjects and soft skills. More importantly she has trained people across countries and cultures.
Her rich experience encompasses, technical, academic and soft skills training. The significant achievements of her are:
- End to end – from Needs Analysis to content creation to delivery and post delivery feedback.
- Cross cultural delivery – delivery across countries in Africa, Asia Pacific, Europe and United States.
Praveena is the prime mover, promoter, CEO and the Chief Knowledge Sharer of Malola Mind Mentors (www.malola.com). She has a vision to change the ‘training’ to knowledge sharing and Malola Mind Mentors will be the vehicle to effect the change.
Her background is:
- Masters in Computer Application & Bachelors in Commerce – both from University of Madras
- Executive Program in Business Management from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkatta
- Certified NLP Practitioner
- Certified Hypno Therapist
- Motivational Speaker in various public forums
- Personal Coach to select individuals
At Malola she drives Content Creation, Delivery Methodology & Delivery, Post Delivery Feedback analysis and most importantly rolls out the Effectiveness Measurement processes. She ensures quality delivery of her team members; sets up processes to groom future knowledge sharers and focuses on constant R&D to deliver our engagements through our Objective Driven Methodology – ODMTM model.
She had been an adjunct faculty at Institute of System Sciences, National University of Singapore; Consultant & Trainer with Kenan Systems from March 2000 to December 2004. (a global leader of telecom billing solutions, which was later acquired by Lucent Technologies; spun off to CSG Systems).

Sampathkumar Anand
Anand is a passionate first generation entrepreneur. His entrepreneurial efforts are backed by two-decades plus hands-on experience of handling large projects, teams across Asia Pacific – working with large organizations like TATA Consultancy Services, Polaris Software, HCL and the likes.
He is a people person and mentoring people has been part of his KRA for over a decade and a half. He has trained people on hard and soft skills; motivated teams to perform better; spent time individually for those who need extra attention to get the big picture and encourage them to moving higher.
He comes with a Bachelors degree in Commerce; PG Diploma in Marketing and Sales Management from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavan; He is an NLP practitioner; an alumni of Tony Buzan’s Speed Reading & Mind Mapping.
He has several person years of hands on training delivery experience that includes hard skills (mostly on software); behavioral enhancements and now gearing to deliver hard skills on domains.
Anand is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and one of the founder members of Malola Mind Mentors Private Limited. At Malola his primary responsibility is relationship building with all stake holders of Malola that includes clients; partners; vendors and management.

Bhaskar Varadarajan
Bhaskar Varadarajan is a certified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India; the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 15 years of senior management experience handling Corporate Finance & Operations.
Bhaskar is the Executive Vice President and is the Head of Finance & Accounts domain program. He will design & approve the contents, share feedback on the delivery and help in enhancing the program.
SriGanesh Lakshminarayanan
SriGanesh Lakshminarayanan has a Bachelors in Applied Electronics and have over 16 years of Banking Technology experience with regional and global roles, leading projects across countries and continents. SriG comes with rich and exciting experiences of managing projects across Middle East, India and Asia Pacific. He has delivered mission critical global projects. SriGanesh is a passionate professional with many proven process innovations to his credit.
SriGanesh is the Director & Advisor for the Banking & Financial Services Practice.
